Whatever John puts his mind to, he gives his all. He has had a life-long love of movement and body awareness inspired by Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais.  A Myotherapist and remedial massage therapist John is continually developing his skills with evidence-informed techniques and results-based clinical treatments.  John has trained in thorough orthopedic testing, myofascial cupping, dry-needling, exercise prescription and more recently the ground-breaking JEMS movement systems.  

A qualified yoga teacher initially trained India, John also facilitates studio and individual yoga classes infused with an intense fascination and clear knowledge of body mechanics. He is driven to practice yoga in a kind and safe way without losing the magic of what yoga is- unity of body and mind.  As a teacher he helps students connect, nurture and celebrate their bodies exactly as they are and to make yoga simple, accessible and a daily joy.

In-person consultations may be covered by private health insurance depending on your level of cover.  Online yoga & movement therapy also available.

Rachel van den Bosch

Functional Nutrition Counselling | Naturopathy | Massage  

With a research driven, practical, 'small steps- big picture' clinic style Rachel has been involved in complimentary medicine for nearly 25 years. She sees herself as a professional listener, investigator and problem-solver.  As a clinician she practices evidence-informed holistic medicine infused with traditional Naturopathic principles and coaching techniques that have been passed on by exceptional mentors and proven through experience. She has a particular interest in mental health, hormone issues, headaches and migraine, healthy ageing and dementia prevention.

 

A qualified Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist and Massage therapist, Rachel is dedicated to keeping her knowledge current and skills honed to help you sift through the health trends and Dr Google information overload to find solutions that actually work for you. 

 

Rachel is also a trained chef, food coach and cooking teacher. She has extensive food knowledge and has helped hundreds of people gain confidence in preparing great, health-promoting food. Specializing in whole food, plant-based and therapeutic diets, her approach in the kitchen is to simplify and bring back the love!

 

Consultations are currently available in-person, via phone or secure Telehealth.
