Service Description

60 minute session | $100.00 Weekend bookings + 15% Physical therapy including thorough assessment (health history and orthopaedic testing) and hands-on bodywork. Myotherapy specifically targets pain, mobility and recovery from injury. Sessions may include- dry needling, cupping, active release, joint mobilisation. If needed, your therapist will work with you to master therapeutic exercises and coach you in pain-free movement.
